When you sign up for IDXblue Standard, as part of our
free setup, we take an existing page of your site and dynamically wrap it around
IDXblue. Your users don't feel they've left your site.
IDXblue
collects leads. *
It asks your anonymous
visitors for their personal contact information at various points according to
your preferences. The lead information is stored for you in a password-protected
leads area and sent to you via email or text message. Returning users are able
to log in.
IDXblue makes the search easier. *
It
lets your users rate residential listings and leave comments for themselves and
for you. By reviewing the ratings and comments, you are able to better understand
the home buyer's preferences and priorities and help them find their desired purchase
faster. IDXblue lets your users set up their own listings notification subscription
so that new listings are sent to them daily with a customized note from you.

no set up fees for most sites. IDXblue Premium is priced at $25/month. Your commitment
